As in the stuff that people like the BBC and HBO put out there. To be honest I just wanted to quickly recommend people watch "Thick of it".

    Hilarious show.

I'm a fan of mainly comedy shows - be they sketch shows, panel shows or stand-up shows. I always seem to miss all the popular shows like Lost, Prison Break and The Wire.

If you like comedy I'm pretty confident you'll like the thick of it mate, it's on bbciplayer as the 3rd series is running at the moment. Both episodes 1 and 2 are up, with the next one on saturday. I like series catch up ^_^.

You could also like Argumental which is on Dave on tuesdays at 10. So tonight. It's a panel/stand-up type show sort of. It's like if a debate clubs main point were to try and be funny, but still get their point across. Yeah.

Argumental is pretty good. I remember watching the 1st series on Dave ages ago when I had nothing to do and loving it. Will be tuning in tonight Very Happy

Also will give The Thick of It a shot, just for the hell of it

Oh, and are you a Peep Show fan at all? I'm new to it all but I'm a fan :)

Huge fan of peep show mate. I've at least watched series 1-3 about 5 times. My mate has them on dvd and there up on 4od so when the mood takes me I usually watch at least a series at a time =P.

While we're talking about home grown sit-coms, if you like Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Edgar wright you should give Spaced a go, they've started playing it on dave aswell, I think on Mondays. There's ALOT of pop culture references but there not in your face and it can be fun to try and spot them, alot are subtle enough that you feel proud when yeh spot them =P.

A mate tipped me off about Spaced reshowing. A class show, wish they'd done more than 2 series of it, but then again I respect them much more for quitting before they ruined it. Kinda like what they did with Fawlty Towers.

As for this The Thick of It show, watched the 1st episode and 2nd is being watched right now. I'm finding it kinda dull if I'm honest. I can see that it's very satirical and it's kinda clever but I don't find it "funny" funny if you get me.

Making my way through Spaced quite nicely. Watched the whole 1st season in a day but have been just watching the 2nd season slowly. Wish there was more of it still.

I didn't actually no, but now I want to go watch Jurassic Park! Very Happy

Now that I'm done with Spaced I think I'm gonna have to go back and watch The Sopranos. I'm into Season 2 and have been watching it on and off. Even though I've not seen that much of it I'm still loving it, class act. James Gandolfini is awesome. Also Meadow Soprano is shaping up to be a beauty.

Did y'all know the girl that played her plays the cashier in the video for The Lonely Island song "Jizz in my Pants"?

Misfits, watching it right now, it's the second episode but it's an e4 production so I'm sure you can catch up on 4od.

It's about a group on young offenders who each get super powers, one of them we don't know yet. I may have worked it out just now, probably not though.

I've been watching Kamen Rider Decade, it's totally badass.

Most Bad Guys Pre-Getting-Owned: "Just who are you!?"
Decade: "Just a passing Masked Rider, remember this!"

    Edit:
    Also Decade is an asshole.

Episode 16 Except, sorry but I couldn't find it with subs for just this short bit.
Decade got some new moves... only problem? Half of them are silly poses.

That looked insane, I may give it a go at some point but I tend to prefer programs that don't want to rape my brain o.O.

You been streaming them or downloading?

Anyone know a place where I can watch The Sopranos online without megavideo? It's time limit is pissing me off...can only watch 1 and a bit episodes at a time at a push. It's what I do when I'm up in Edinburgh, movies or The Sopranos so could do with a reliable source.

    Currently using www.watch-the-sopranos-online.com

Watching a show called "The Secret Life of Chaos" on the BBC iPlayer. Not usually my kind of thing but interesting enough. It's basically about how Chaos Theory can answer the question we've been asking for ages - how did the universe begin?
